Cambest, Esquire – Present MOMENT OF SILENCE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG A motion was made by Councilman Westcott, seconded by Councilman Manning, and unanimously carried, to approve the minutes of the June 18, 2014 special meeting of Washington City Council.
